Job summary

Target is seeking a Human Resources Expert to support store teams with talent needs, scheduling, and compliance. You will greet guests, assist peers, and help recruit candidates while delivering a friendly, efficient guest experience.

You will collaborate with store leaders to anticipate staffing needs, oversee training, and ensure safe, inclusive work practices in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
• Effective communication skills
