Job summary

Evervault is seeking its first in-house recruiter to own end-to-end hiring as we scale across GTM, Product and Engineering. You will source, screen and move candidates through the process, partnering with leaders to keep the experience fast and personal from outreach to offer.

This role is open in London or New York, with in-office on Tue–Thu and Monday/Friday optional from home. You’ll own Ashby ATS, work with agency partners and design interview plans to build scalable hiring processes for

Qualifications

• Full-cycle recruiting experience, in-house or agency.
• Track record hiring across commercial and technical roles.
• Generalist mindset across multiple functions.
• Strong sourcing ability and pipeline-building.
• Excellent judgement and communication with candidates.
• Knowledge of London and New York talent markets.
• Self-directed with high standards and speed.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting from first touch to close.
• Run first-round screening calls.
• Source proactively through outbound, referrals and network.
• Manage candidate pipeline and communications.
• Work with agency talent partners to improve pipeline.
• Partner with hiring managers to design interview processes.
• Scale go-to-market hiring (AEs/BDRs, enterprise) and then broader.
• Own Ashby ATS; keep postings live and report funnel health.
• Build repeatable hiring systems and interview kits.
