Job summary

Jobtailor in New York seeks an embedded GTM recruiter to own full-cycle hiring across sales, business development, marketing, and customer success. You will lead proactive headhunting with AI tools, partner with the CRO and GTM leaders, and build structured Ashby workflows to ensure top candidate experiences.

You will use data and market intelligence to position roles, benchmark compensation, and optimize hiring processes.

Qualifications

• Proven in-house recruiting experience at a high-growth tech scale-up.
• Demonstrable track record hiring GTM roles: AEs, Sales Managers, BDRs, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Elite headhunting ability.
• Fluent in using AI tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, JuiceBox, WTTJ.
• Process-oriented with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work at genuine pace without compromising on quality.
• Ashby experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle GTM recruiting — from kick-off through offer — across sales, business development, marketing, and customer success.
• Lead proactive headhunting campaigns using AI tools.
• Partner closely with the CRO and GTM hiring managers.
• Build and maintain structured hiring processes in Ashby, pipelines, scorecards, reporting.
• Use data and market intelligence to advise on role positioning, compensation benchmarking, and talent availability.
• Manage and optimise candidate experience end-to-end.
