Job summary

Prior Labs is hiring a hands-on recruiter to own end-to-end GTM and operations hiring in the US, sourcing and closing top sales, partnerships, finance, and compliance profiles.

You will run structured interview loops, negotiate offers with equity discussions, and manage the ATS with clean stages and weekly metrics in a fast-scaling AI startup. This role requires US market experience with NYC preference and cross-hub collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in-house GTM or G&A recruiting at a high-growth startup.
• Track record closing enterprise sales, partnerships, or revenue-leading hires.
• Experience hiring finance or compliance profiles or credible plan to upskill quickly.
• Hiring in the US market, ideally NYC; exposure to EU hiring is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source commercial and operational talent across the US, from enterprise AE and partnerships profiles to finance and compliance operators.
• Position Prior Labs compellingly against better-known AI companies, late-stage SaaS, and fintech where the comp is often bigger and the brand more familiar.
• Navigate multi-hub hiring across New York, Berlin, and Freiburg (comp bands, notice periods, US/EU employment differences, occasional relocation and visa work).
• Assess commercial and operational depth quickly to curate high calibre shortlists.
• Run efficient, structured interview loops with clear rubrics and fast debriefs.
• Manage, negotiate and close offers, including variable comp and equity conversations.
• Manage the pipeline operationally in the ATS with clean stages and weekly metrics.
