Job summary

Fluidstack is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Lead to own hiring strategy and execution for a critical business unit. You will mentor TA Partners, Sourcers, and Coordinators while forecasting headcount with senior managers.

You will design fast, high-quality recruitment processes, measure pipeline health, and drive improvements to achieve strong offer acceptance. This role blends hands-on recruiting with strategic leadership in Seattle.

Qualifications

• Built and ran hiring for a specialized, high-growth unit with rapid headcount expansion.
• Leads a team, handles hard searches, and remains accountable.
• Managed 3–4 annual performance cycles from goal-setting through calibration.
• Maps talent landscapes to forecast hiring needs and avoids starting critical roles from zero.

Responsibilities

• Own hiring strategy and delivery plan for a Fluidstack business unit.
• Lead and mentor TA Partners, Sourcers, and Coordinators across units.
• Forecast headcount with senior hiring managers and align to business goals.
• Design fast but quality hiring processes to achieve high offer-acceptance.
• Own hiring metrics and build recruiting infrastructure, ATS workflows and calibration.
