Job summary

Fluidstack, Austin-based leader in frontier AI compute, seeks a strategic Head of Talent Acquisition to own hiring for data center operations, construction, and infrastructure. You will design the annual delivery plan and actively close critical searches.

You will lead a TA team, partner with senior hiring managers, forecast headcount, and build processes and metrics that drive fast, high-quality hires across our rapidly growing organization.

Qualifications

• Experience building and running hiring for data center operations, construction, or infrastructure in hyper-growth environments.
• Ability to lead a team while remaining hands-on with critical searches.
• Demonstrated focus on pipeline metrics, time-to-hire, and hire quality.

Responsibilities

• Own hiring strategy, execution, and annual delivery plan for Fluidstack's Data Center org.
• Lead and scale a talent acquisition function across data center operations, construction, and infrastructure.
• Forecast headcount with senior managers and align hiring to business goals.
• Build, mentor, and manage a TA team with clear direction and accountability.
• Design fast, high-quality hiring processes and maintain healthy funnel metrics.
