Job summary

Fluidstack in Seattle, WA, seeks a recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across technical and non-technical teams. You will partner with hiring managers, forecast talent needs, build proactive pipelines, and drive rigorous screening and offers to close exceptional candidates.

As a data-driven partner, you’ll track metrics, optimize processes, and help Fluidstack scale its frontier compute infrastructure while delivering a great candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Own full-cycle recruiting in a competitive market across technical and non-technical teams.
• Partner with hiring managers, forecast talent needs, and build proactive pipelines.
• Screen with a high bar, manage compensation discussions, and close exceptional candidates.
• Measure pipeline health, source quality, time-to-hire, and optimize processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and leadership as a trusted talent advisor.
• Drive workforce planning using pipeline analytics and market intelligence.
• Screen candidates to assess skills, potential, and mission alignment.
• Track metrics and use data to improve hiring processes.
• Build and optimize interview frameworks, scorecards, and processes.
