Job summary

Fluidstack is seeking a leader to own and scale the Talent Acquisition function across manufacturing, supply chain, and industrial operations. You will forecast headcount, map talent needs, and partner with senior hiring managers to align hiring strategy with business goals.

You will build and mentor a team of TA Partners, Sourcers, and Coordinators, implement fast, high-quality recruiting processes, and drive metrics that improve speed, quality, and offer acceptance.

Qualifications

• You've built and run hiring for manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial operations in a hyper-growth environment.
• You lead a team and set strategy but stay hands-on with critical searches.
• You know the difference between competent and exceptional hires and won't compromise on it.
• You design scalable hiring plans and map talent landscapes for rapid pivots.

Responsibilities

• Own hiring strategy and execution for Fluidstack's software org, building the annual headcount plan and closing key searches.
• Lead and scale a TA function across manufacturing, supply chain, and industrial operations.
• Partner with senior hiring managers to forecast headcount and align hiring strategy with business objectives.
• Build, mentor, and manage a TA team with clear direction and performance accountability.
• Design hiring processes balancing speed with quality for hard-to-fill roles; own ATS workflows and interview rubrics.
