Job summary

Fluidstack, a fast-growing AI compute infrastructure company based in New York, is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to manage high-volume recruitment operations.

You will coordinate interviews across multiple roles and time zones, maintain data integrity in the ATS, and partner with hiring teams to move people through the process quickly and thoughtfully. Prior tech recruiting coordination is a plus; we value precision and urgency.

Qualifications

• Coordinate recruiting or admin/ops in a fast-paced tech/startup.
• Manage high volumes across multiple roles without losing quality or urgency.
• Sweat the details and run a tight process with reliability.
• Communicate with precision to keep candidates, managers, and teammates aligned.
• Keep clean data and maintain accurate systems for better outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own interview coordination end to end across formats, time zones, and roles.
• Deliver a white-glove candidate experience as the primary contact through interview process.
• Keep the machine running by anticipating scheduling conflicts and bottlenecks.
• Maintain data integrity: update and track candidate records in ATS.
• Support TA team with tasks that keep pipelines healthy and hiring moving.
• Spot friction in the process and help build better workflows.
