Qualifications

• 18–20+ years in Talent Analytics, Planning or related fields.
• Experience delivering executive-level insights to senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead global, multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience implementing Generative AI and Copilot-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Talent Intelligence strategy across the enterprise.
• Lead development of scalable analytics products and AI-powered insights.
• Oversee governance, explainability, and responsible AI practices.
• Build and mentor a high-performing analytics team.
