Job summary

The role requires leading analytics teams, building scalable data products, and partnering with global Talent and Technology teams. Travel and global collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data science, analytics, statistics, computer science, economics, business analytics, organizational psychology, industrial engineering, HR, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Active membership in related professional bodies is preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Shape Talent Intelligence and Advanced Analytics strategy with executive stakeholders.
• Lead development of scalable analytics products and AI-powered insights.
• Oversee data governance, data products, and platform modernization for talent analytics.
