Job summary

EY seeks a Talent Product Owner – AI x Functional to shape how Talent technology and AI enhance employee experience across a global organisation. The role connects AI initiatives across Talent, Enterprise platforms, and support functions, driving a unified Talent ecosystem and adoption of AI-enabled solutions.

You’ll partner with stakeholders to align priorities, translate needs into product requirements, and oversee governance, delivery plans, and outcomes in a complex enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading enterprise Talent technology projects.
• Ability to connect strategy, business needs, data, technology, and user experience into practical solutions.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies.
• Strong understanding of AI, automation, and digital transformation opportunities in enterprise settings.
• Excellent communication, prioritisation, and decision-making skills.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity while bringing clarity, structure, and momentum.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap for Talent technology capabilities.
• Connect AI-related initiatives across Talent and Enterprise functions to create a joined-up employee experience.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to align priorities, dependencies, and delivery plans.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve Talent processes and outcomes.
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements and prioritised backlogs.
• Drive governance, adoption, and continuous improvement across Talent products and services.
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to inform future enhancements.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful implementation and change adoption.
