EY is seeking a Talent Advanced Analytics Lead to shape and deliver the organization’s next-generation Talent Intelligence and Advanced Analytics strategy. The role combines executive advisory, advanced analytics, AI innovation, and data product delivery to enable leaders to make faster, more informed decisions that unlock value.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, analytics, statistics, computer science, economics, business analytics, organizational psychology, or related discipline.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- 18 to 20+ years of experience in Talent Analytics, Planning, Talent Intelligence, Data Science, AI, Copilot or related fields.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Talent Intelligence strategy with global leaders.
- Lead development of advanced analytics models to forecast talent demand and workforce trends.
- Design and deploy AI-powered talent intelligence solutions using ML, Generative AI, NLP, and knowledge graphs.
- Own the vision, roadmap, and lifecycle of talent analytics products and self-service insights.
- Build executive dashboards and narratives for senior stakeholders.
- Lead multidisciplinary global teams across onshore/offshore/vendor arrangements.
