EY in the United States seeks a senior data & analytics leader to design AI-driven solutions, lead data architecture and analytics projects, and collaborate with clients and management to align technical work with business needs. You will build scalable data platforms and guide teams to deliver high-impact results.

You’ll mentor colleagues, drive end-to-end delivery, and navigate hybrid, client-facing engagements across industries. Travel may be required to serve client needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a data/computing field.
Typically, 4–6 years of relevant experience.
Hands-on with Python, R and SQL; data engineering pipelines and big data.
Cloud computing and data architecture design experience.

Responsibilities

Lead workstream delivery and ensure quality across processes.
Engage with clients daily; participate in working sessions and identify opportunities for services.
Implement resource plans and budgets; manage engagement economics.
