The role requires extensive experience in analytics, AI, and leadership across global teams, with a focus on talent, planning, and workforce optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 18+ years in Talent Analytics, Planning, Talent Intelligence, Data Science, AI, Copilot or related fields.
• Experience delivering executive-level insights and strategic decision support.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Talent Intelligence strategy with global stakeholders.
• Lead the development of advanced analytics models to forecast talent demand and workforce trends.
• Design and deploy AI-powered talent intelligence solutions using ML, Generative AI and NLP.
• Own the vision, roadmap, and lifecycle of Talent analytics products and self-service insights.
• Transform analytical outputs into executive narratives and dashboards.
