EY is seeking a Talent Product Owner – AI x Functional to shape Talent technology and AI across a global organisation. You’ll connect AI initiatives across Talent systems and Enterprise platforms to deliver a seamless employee experience.

You will operate at the intersection of strategy, technology and business transformation, partnering with stakeholders to prioritise investments and drive outcomes. This hybrid role offers opportunities to influence across functions and geographies.

Qualifications

Strong product ownership experience in complex enterprise environments.
Ability to connect strategy, business needs, data, tech and UX into practical solutions.
Experience influencing senior stakeholders across functions and geographies.
Understanding of AI, automation, and digital transformation in enterprise settings.
Excellent communication, prioritisation and decision-making skills.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity while delivering clarity and momentum.

Responsibilities

Define and own the product vision and roadmap for Talent tech capabilities.
Connect AI initiatives across Talent and Enterprise to unify employee experience.
Align priorities, dependencies and delivery plans with stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve processes.
Translate business needs into clear product requirements and backlogs.
Drive governance, adoption and continuous improvement of Talent products.
Monitor product performance and user feedback for enhancements.
Lead cross-functional collaboration for successful implementation.
