Job summary

EY is seeking a Talent Product Owner – AI x Functional to shape Talent tech and AI across a global organisation. You’ll align AI initiatives across Talent systems, Enterprise platforms, and supporting functions to deliver a unified employee experience.

You will partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities, prioritise investments, and drive outcomes in a complex enterprise setting, balancing strategy with delivery and change management.

Qualifications

• Strong product ownership in complex enterprise settings.
• Ability to connect strategy, data, technology and UX.
• Experience relating to AI, automation or digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap for Talent technology.
• Coordinate AI initiatives across Talent and Enterprise functions.
• Align priorities with stakeholders and plan delivery.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation in Talent processes.
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements and backlogs.
• Govern adoption and continuous improvement of Talent products.
• Monitor performance and user feedback for enhancements.
