DigiKey is seeking a Talent Analyst to translate workforce data into actionable insights that inform talent acquisition, engagement, development, retention, and organizational effectiveness. This hybrid role blends data analysis with strategic HR partnership.

You will build dashboards and KPI reports using Power BI, Workday, and Qualtrics, design surveys, and present findings to HR and business leaders while ensuring data governance and confidentiality.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field with data analytics focus.
• 3+ years in HR analytics or a data-focused role.
• Experience with analytics, statistics, or data science is preferred.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Workday, and Qualtrics required.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze employee data to identify trends and opportunities to engage and retain talent.
• Build dashboards and KPI reports covering turnover, engagement, mobility, succession, performance, and hiring effectiveness.
• Design and analyze surveys to generate meaningful insights for leadership.
• Consult with HR leadership on talent management best practices and development initiatives.
• Measure effectiveness of programs and recommend improvements.
