Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, IO psychology, data analytics, or related field.
• 3+ years in HR/people analytics or similar data-focused role.
• Experience with advanced analytics/statistics, CS, or data science preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze employee data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to develop, engage, and retain talent.
• Build and maintain dashboards and KPI reports across turnover, engagement, mobility, succession, performance, and hiring.
• Design and analyze employee surveys to generate meaningful insights.
• Consult with HR leadership on best practices in talent management and leadership development.
