Job summary

DigiKey Electronics is seeking a Talent Analyst to translate workforce data into actionable, business-focused insights. This hybrid role requires weekly onsite attendance while leveraging Workday, Qualtrics, and Power BI to inform talent decisions.

You will build dashboards, analyze surveys, and partner with HR leaders to improve engagement, retention, and program effectiveness—driving organizational outcomes across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR, IO psychology, data analytics, or related field.
• 3+ years in HR/people analytics or related data role.
• Advanced analytics/statistics, computer science, or data science education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze employee data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to develop, engage, and retain talent.
• Build dashboards, KPI reports, and visualizations covering turnover, engagement, internal mobility, succession strength, performance, and hiring effectiveness.
• Design and analyze employee surveys to generate meaningful insights.
• Consult with HR leadership on best practices in talent management, engagement, and leadership development.
• Measure the effectiveness of talent programs and recommend improvements.
• Support the design of talent management practices, engagement strategies, organizational development initiatives, and performance reviews.
• Leverage HRIS (Workday), survey platforms (Qualtrics), and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel) for reporting.
• Maintain data quality, integrity, and governance.
• Present findings and recommendations to HR and business leaders.
