Job summary

DigiKey Corporation in Wisconsin is seeking a Talent Analyst to translate workforce data into actionable insights that inform talent acquisition, engagement, and development strategies. This hybrid role requires regular onsite attendance to collaborate with HR leaders and business partners.

You will build dashboards and KPI reports using Power BI, Workday, and Qualtrics, analyze surveys, and guide leadership on engagement and succession planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, industrial organizational psychology, data analytics, business administration, organizational behavior, or similar.
• 3+ years in HR/people analytics or a related data‑focused role.
• Demonstrated experience or advanced education in analytics/statistics, computer science, or data science.
• Proficiency in data visualization (Power BI), HRIS platforms (Workday), and survey tools (Qualtrics).
• Familiarity with statistical/predictive analytics (R or Python).
• Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills; ability to partner across HR and business teams.
• Knowledge of research methods and best practices related to employee engagement/experience, employee development, performance management, talent management, and succession planning.

Responsibilities

• Analyze employee data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to develop, engage, and retain talent.
• Build and maintain dashboards, KPI reports, and visualizations covering turnover, engagement, internal mobility, succession strength, performance, and hiring effectiveness.
• Design and analyze employee surveys to generate meaningful insights.
• Consult with HR leadership on best practices in talent management, engagement, and leadership development.
• Measure the effectiveness of talent programs and recommend improvements.
• Support the design of talent management practices, engagement strategies, organizational development initiatives, and performance reviews.
• Leverage HRIS (Workday), survey platforms (Qualtrics), and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel) for accurate reporting.
• Maintain data quality, integrity, and governance
• Present findings and recommendations to HR and business leader audiences
