Job summary

DigiKey Electronics is seeking a Talent Analyst to translate workforce data into actionable insights that drive talent acquisition, engagement, development, retention, and organizational effectiveness. This hybrid role requires weekly on-site attendance and collaboration with HR leadership.

Responsibilities include building dashboards, conducting surveys, and leveraging Workday, Qualtrics, Power BI, and Excel to provide strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IO psychology, data analytics, or related field.
• 3+ years in HR/people analytics or related data-focused role.
• Proficiency in data visualization (Power BI), HRIS (Workday), and survey tools (Qualtrics).
• Familiarity with statistical/predictive analytics (R or Python).
• Strong analytical skills to extract and interpret trends in large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Analyze employee data to identify trends and opportunities to retain talent.
• Build dashboards and KPI reports (turnover, engagement, mobility, performance).
• Design and analyze employee surveys for insights.
• Consult with HR leadership on talent management best practices.
• Measure effectiveness of talent programs and suggest improvements.
• Support talent management, engagement, and performance review initiatives.
• Utilize HRIS (Workday), surveys (Qualtrics), and analytics tools (Power BI/Tableau/Excel).
• Ensure data quality, governance, and present findings to HR leaders.
