Job summary

Thursday Labs is seeking a Head of Talent and Guest Experience to own guest appearances across the network. You will relentlessly pursue tier-1 guests, coordinate outreach across channels, and ensure shows stay fully booked weeks in advance.

You will manage scheduling, studio logistics, and post-shoot content delivery from New York. The role combines relationship-building with hands-on logistics in a fast-paced, async-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Super connector with taste and a track record of securing meetings at scale.
• Willingness to live in New York and be in-studio on shoot days.
• Proactive outreach across multiple channels to book tier-1 guests.

Responsibilities

• Set guest standards for every show in the network.
• Build target show guest lists with hosts and producers.
• Run multi-channel outreach until a positive yes or a hard no.
• Keep every show booked three weeks out; own scheduling and studio logistics.
• Develop real relationships with guests for future collaborations.
• Manage calendar invites, studio access, door codes, and day-of logistics for 10–15 shoots monthly.
• Coordinate 15-minute prep calls and ensure prep docs are sent on time.
• Send reminders and be the point of contact from yes to thank-you note.
• Deliver finished content and ensure guests post it.
