Complex is hiring a Junior Talent Booker to coordinate across departments and secure guests for video content and digital festivals. You will report to the Associate Director of Talent Relations and help ensure bookings are creative and on-brand, drawing from connections in art, sneakers, fashion, sports, and more.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in booking A-list guests, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and a proactive approach to securing top talent for programs and events.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience booking A-list guests.
• Excellent grammar and phone etiquette.
• Discretion and professionalism in representation of the brand.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day talent booking operations for Complex.
• Serve as primary point of contact for talent relations for each booking.
• Pitch original segments and book top guests who are creators and experts.
• Coordinate with Content, Marketing and Merchandise to understand business needs.
• Confirm and contract talent, coordinate logistics and conduct post-booking recaps.
• Maintain timely communication and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
