Job summary

Tbn is seeking a Guest Coordinator - Better Together to support the Senior Producer with talent booking, hospitality, and travel for on-camera appearances. Primary responsibilities include coordinating logistics for scheduled on-camera guests and providing related administrative, hospitality, and production support for the Senior Producer as needed.

Qualifications

• On-site work is required and remote work is not offered.
• Willingness to travel 2–3 times per month as needed.
• At least 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant or in related fields.
• Experience with safe food handling practices is required.
• 6–12 months experience in a production office, on set, or in post-production preferred.
• Proficient in Mac office environment and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
• Knowledge of SharePoint and Google Docs is required.
• BA/BS in related field or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Producer with talent research, casting, and scheduling from a revolving guest pool.
• Build and maintain relationships with guests, assistants, and managers.
• Coordinate travel arrangements to meet production schedules and guest requirements.
• Assist with contracts, releases, and related paperwork as needed.
• Maintain clear, professional guest communications and pre-arrival information.
