The Ringer is seeking an experienced Talent Relations Manager to book guests and partner with hosts, producers, and content teams across our podcast slate. You'll leverage relationships across entertainment, deliver strategic guest opportunities aligned with editorial priorities, and support teams with prep materials while traveling as needed.

Based in Los Angeles, this role blends fast-paced storytelling with careful relationship management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working with celebrities, creators, managers, or partners in entertainment.
• Proven track record booking high-profile guests and building trusted relationships.
• Persuasive communicator able to pitch opportunities to partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage talent bookings across The Ringer’s podcast network with hosts and producers.
• Build workflows and regular communication with show teams and planning around events.
• Develop guest strategies aligned with each show’s audience and priorities.
• Support hosts in preparing for guest appearances with needed information.
• Maintain relationships with talent, managers, agents, publicists, and studios.
• Keep internal and external partners informed about new shows and opportunities.
• Serve as a bridge between show teams and senior leadership.
