The Ringer in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Talent Relations Manager to book guests across our podcast network and collaborate with hosts, producers, and editors. You will identify opportunities, pitch talent, and manage bookings that align with each show’s audience and editorial priorities.

You’ll leverage industry relationships and data-driven insights to shape guest strategies, support show teams, and travel as needed for major interviews and tentpole events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working with celebrities, creators, managers, publicists, or partners in entertainment.
• Proven track record of booking high-profile guests and maintaining talent relationships.
• Ability to pitch opportunities to internal and external partners using audience insight.

Responsabilités

• Manage talent bookings across the podcast network with hosts and producers.
• Develop guest strategies and pitch opportunities aligned with each show’s audience.
• Maintain relationships with talent, managers, agents, publicists and studios.
• Support show teams with guest preparation and information needs.
