Job description

Location: New York, NY

Reports to: Senior Director of Digital Talent

About Night

Night is a next-generation media holding company redefining talent representation for the digital age. Night manages over 300 of the world's most influential digital creators across platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Twitch. With a fully bootstrapped foundation and a digital-first ethos, Night has emerged as a cultural powerhouse at the intersection of entertainment, entrepreneurship, and the creator economy. The company's comprehensive suite of services includes talent management, a venture studio, a rapidly growing licensing division, and a top-tier podcast network. As the traditional media landscape continues to evolve, Night is building the infrastructure that empowers individual creators to become global brands.

About The Role

Night is seeking a driven Talent Coordinator to join the team of one of our top digital talent managers, whose roster spans some of the biggest names in streaming, music, and gaming. This is a high-exposure seat: you'll work directly with the talent, travel with them to marquee events like NBA All-Star Weekend and the Super Bowl, and help build out their creative, social, and brand partnership strategies.

You’ll get more exposure in your first two months than most get in two years. This role is built as a launchpad to becoming a manager, and it's designed for someone who is flexible, obsessed with growing their clients' businesses, and hungry to move up quickly. This is not a 9-5.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for talent and their internal teams, supporting across business, creative, and logistics.
    • Drive outbound brand outreach and business development to generate new revenue for the roster.
    • Identify, qualify, and route inbound partnership opportunities across multiple clients.
    • Support deal negotiation and execution, from initial pitch through contracting and delivery.
  • Travel with and support talent onsite at major events, activations, and appearances.
  • Track and process deals, deliverables, and timelines using internal systems.
  • Stay ahead of trends across streaming, music, gaming, and creator culture; surface insights that drive growth.
  • Identify and track emerging creators with signing potential.
Qualifications
  • 1-3+ years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, agency, or brand partnerships.
  • Deep knowledge of YouTube, Twitch, and TikTok from both a business and audience perspective.
  • Genuine passion for streaming, music, and/or gaming culture.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable working directly with high-profile talent.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple clients and priorities at once.
  • Extreme discretion and sound judgment with confidential information.
  • Commercial instincts and a clear drive to make clients money.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and travel as the roster demands.
  • Located in (or willing to relocate to) New York.
Preferred Experience
  • Existing relationships with brands, agencies, or platforms in the creator economy.
  • Experience supporting talent onsite at live events, tours, or activations.
  • Ambition to grow into a digital talent manager role.
