The ideal candidate is highly personable, proactive, adaptable, and genuinely enjoys building relationships with people. They are comfortable spending time in the field, getting to know employees personally, understanding what motivates them, and helping connect them with growth opportunities that support both employee success and business needs.

  • Conduct candidate screening, interviewing, and selection coordination.
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruiting process.
  • Represent the company at career fairs, industry events, union halls, training centers, and networking opportunities.
  • Continuously improve hiring processes and recruiting effectiveness.
Workforce Development
  • Build relationships with employees to understand career interests, strengths, and development goals.
  • Partner with supervisors to identify skill gaps, advancement opportunities, and workforce development needs.

  • Serve as a consultative partner to hiring managers before, during, and after the hiring process.
  • Provide guidance on recruiting strategies and candidate market conditions.
  • Promote accountability throughout the hiring process by ensuring timely feedback and communication.

  • Maintain accurate recruiting, candidate pipeline, workforce development, and employee follow-up records.
