• Hire, train, mentor, assign duties and provide recognition to associates.
• Support Open Door policy and uphold Walmart values and ethics.
• Promote a culture of belonging and inclusivity; lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Deliver results by aligning plans with customer needs and business goals.
