Qualifications

Minimum qualifications include 2 years of college; OR 1 year retail and 1 year supervisory experience; OR 2 years general work experience with 1 year supervisory experience.
Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all required trainings and assessments (e.g. Academy trainings; Open Door trainings).
Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, with 5+ direct reports experience in performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.

Responsibilities

Support plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs and measure progress.
