Job summary

Walmart Tamaqua is seeking a staffing leader to recruit, deploy, and supervise qualified associates across store operations. You will coordinate staffing plans with key stakeholders and drive initiatives that meet customer and business needs while promoting a culture of belonging and continuous learning.

Responsibilities include supervising, hiring, training, and mentoring associates, enforcing policies, and delivering measurable results.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and firearms training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees job-related activities by building relationships with stakeholders and supporting staffing plans.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates through hiring, training, mentoring, recognizing performance.
• Ensures compliance with company policies, Open Door policy, and company ethics and integrity standards.
