Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Authorized Training may be required.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Leadership via Live Better U and Bellevue University, with supervisory experience of 5+ direct reports.
