Qualifications

• 2 years' of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and training requirements may apply; CBC completion may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and complete all job-required trainings (Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).

Responsabilités

• Oversees job-related activities by coordinating with stakeholders.
• Develops and maintains relationships to meet staffing needs and business goals.
• Executes plans and measures progress towards results, and identifies improvement opportunities.
• Provides supervision, training, mentorship, and recognition to associates; promotes belonging.
