• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g. Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and training requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates staffing activities and develops qualified associates to meet staffing needs and growth potential.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities by hiring, mentoring, assigning duties, and recognizing performance.
• Ensures adherence to policies and Open Door Guidance while maintaining a culture of integrity and belonging.
