Job summary

Walmart in Henderson, NC is seeking a results‑driven leader to coordinate recruiting and development of qualified associates, oversee staffing activities, and build strong relationships with store leaders to meet customer and business goals. You will drive performance, promote a culture of belonging, ensure compliance, and support continuous learning while delivering service excellence and EDLP strategies.

Qualifications

2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
For facilities that sell firearms, firearms CBC and training may be required.
Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

Coordinate recruiting and developing qualified associates to meet staffing needs and growth potential.
Oversee job-related activities and assignments by building accountability and communicating goals.
Promote continuous learning, inclusion, and a belonging mindset in the workplace.
Provide supervision, training, mentoring, and recognition to associates; support Open Door Policy.
