Job summary

Walmart in Mebane, NC is seeking a capable leader to oversee recruiting, development, and retention of associates to meet staffing needs and drive growth. You will coordinate assignments, build relationships with stakeholders, and promote continuous learning and a culture of belonging.

You will lead teams, uphold integrity, apply EDLP and EDLC principles, and deliver value to customers through data-driven decision making, accountability, and collaboration across functions.

Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience; OR 2 years general work experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, General work experience supervising 5+ direct reports including performance management.
