Job summary

Process Alliance, based in Indianapolis, Indiana, seeks an Employee Development Champion to strengthen PA's people-development systems and advance technical, client, leadership, and team capabilities across the organization.

You will design and coordinate development pathways, mentoring, and leadership-readiness practices, working with HR, PMO, and senior leaders to translate PA’s values into practical programs that prepare associates for greater responsibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, organizational leadership, human resources, education, engineering, science, psychology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Master’s degree, leadership-development certification, coaching certification, or related credentials (preferred).
  • 10–15+ years of experience in employee development, leadership development, training, organizational development, or related fields.

Responsibilities

  • Design, improve, and coordinate employee-development systems across Process Alliance.
  • Develop role-based technical learning paths, mentoring, training content, and job aids.
  • Coordinate workshops, peer learning, and technical mentoring; track progress.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to align development with performance and workforce planning.
  • Promote a culture of ownership of growth and continuous development.
  • Support leadership development for emerging leaders, project managers, and future leaders.
