Adidas is seeking a Talent Program Manager (Talent Experience & Operations) to lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of talent experiences across North America. You will oversee onboarding, internships, NAM HIPO, and leadership development with a focus on engaging, outcomes-driven experiences.

You will partner with Talent Management, HRBPs, L&D, and business leaders to translate needs into impactful solutions while maintaining governance, budgets, and stakeholder alignment across

Competenze

• Four-year College or University degree preferred.
• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in Talent Management/Development Programs/Onboarding.
• Combination of education and experience may be substituted for degree.

Mansioni

• Define program strategy and scalable processes for talent and development programs across North America.
• Lead end-to-end program management including objectives, milestones, and budgets.
• Design and execute onboarding experiences, including communications and orientation activities.
• Facilitate New Employee Orientation (NEO) in person and virtual across North America locations.
• Identify talent needs with business leaders and translate them into actionable talent solutions.
• Lead leadership development and high-potential programs to drive business impact.
• Develop communications, materials, toolkits, and resources to drive engagement and adoption.
• Establish governance, processes, and project plans for effective execution and risk management.
• Act as primary contact for participants, managers, facilitators, and stakeholders.
• Measure program effectiveness via feedback, metrics, and reporting to enable continuous improvement.
• Oversee budgets, vendor management, contracting, procurement, and external partnerships.
