Job summary

GDM Seeds is seeking a Talent Management Specialist to support North America talent programs, partner with COE and HRBPs, and drive development initiatives. The role emphasizes performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.

You will work in a hybrid setup, four days in the office and one day remote, collaborating across regional and global teams to enhance employee capability and organizational success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Psychology, or related field.
• Five or more years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, Learning & Development, or related field.
• Experience supporting performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, or learning programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute North America talent management and development programs.
• Partner with HRBPs and COE to align local programs with global standards.
• Develop and manage annual training schedules and resources.
• Monitor training metrics and drive improvements.
• Support performance evaluations and talent reviews across offices.
• Ensure T&D tools are functional and leveraged across region.
• Communicate program updates and maintain stakeholder engagement.
