Job summary

GDM Seeds is seeking a Talent Management professional to support North America talent programs, partner with the Global Talent Management COE, and drive leadership development and learning initiatives. This role emphasizes collaboration with HR Business Partners and business leaders to cultivate a high‑performance culture.

Responsibilities include managing performance cycles, talent reviews, and learning initiatives, plus budget and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
• Five+ years of experience in HR, Talent Management, Learning & Development, or related field.
• Experience with performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and learning initiatives.
• Experience with HR systems, LMS, and talent management tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support talent management and development programs across North America with global COE alignment.
• Coordinate performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Develop training schedules, resources, and communicate delivery timelines to managers.
• Monitor training indicators and analyze data to improve programs and ROI.
• Assist with budget tracking, vendor management, and program communications.
• Collaborate with HRBPs and business leaders to enable a high-performance culture.
