• 5-8+ years’ experience in Talent Management or HR.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to lead multiple priorities and coach across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support Talent Management programs including Talent Development, Talent Review, and Succession Planning.
• Lead delivery of Talent programs with scheduling, tracking, risk analysis, and reporting.
• Collaborate with HR managers and SMEs to drive adoption of Talent initiatives across the business.
• Facilitate training for people managers on employee development and engagement.
• Coordinate Diversity & Inclusion events and communicate related messages.
