Job summary

Alero Financial is seeking a Talent & Employee Experience Partner to manage full-cycle recruiting and lifecycle support, partnering with hiring managers and the HR team to deliver a consistent employee experience.

The role collaborates with Enterprise Risk and other stakeholders to attract, assess, hire, onboard, engage, develop, and retain employees while ensuring compliance and timely HR decisions aligned with the company values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• Three or more years of progressive Human Resources experience with hands-on responsibility for full-cycle recruiting.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) and HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions, including intake meetings, job postings, sourcing, applicant review, screening, interviews, and offer preparation.
• Coordinate background screening and pre-employment requirements with HR team members.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and onboarding/documentation for new hires.
• Coordinate performance management, employee training administration, and lifecycle processes.
• Support employee lifecycle activities from offer through onboarding, engagement, development, retention, and separation.
