You will lead full-cycle recruiting across commercial, scientific, operational, and corporate roles, advising executives on market dynamics and designing scalable processes. The role emphasizes the ability to build talent pipelines and manage a broad hiring portfolio.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple functions.
• Experience recruiting for commercial, technical, scientific and corporate roles.
• Experience in high-growth organizations and handling high hiring volumes.
• Strong consultative partnership skills with managers and leaders.
• Ability to balance long-term workforce planning with day-to-day recruiting execution.
• Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using ATS, sourcing tools and recruiting analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across commercial, scientific, operational and corporate functions.
• Partner with executives and leaders to translate business priorities into hiring plans.
• Develop sourcing strategies and proactive pipelines for critical roles.
• Guide interview processes, debriefs and offers, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Monitor recruiting metrics and market trends to drive process improvements.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies.
