Job summary

Ascentek is seeking a Teammate Experience Partner to drive engagement and experience programs while leading full-cycle recruitment. You will partner with leaders to deliver onboarding, performance conversations and recognition initiatives, ensuring policy compliance and a positive teammate lifecycle.

The role emphasizes collaboration across teams, leveraging HRIS data and external benchmarks to inform staffing strategies and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational psychology, business administration or related field.
• 3 years of experience in human resources including talent acquisition, engagement or related functions.
• Knowledge of engagement strategies and full cycle recruitment processes.
• Experience with compliance, teammate relations or organizational development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute engagement initiatives that align with Ascentek’s values and purpose.
• Advise leaders on performance management, policy interpretation and teammate relations concerns.
• Facilitate onboarding and improve new hire experience programs.
• Implement feedback mechanisms such as surveys and interviews to gather insights.
• Manage full cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing and offers.
• Build talent pipelines through job boards, social platforms and networking.
• Support staffing strategies aligned with market trends and compliance.
