• 3–5 years of recruiting experience; multi-department hire experience.
• Ability to work with senior leadership and build pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Hiring Managers on recruiting needs and evolving team needs.
• Own the Corporate/Operations recruiting strategy of the assigned portfolios/industries.
• Provide updates on pipeline health and candidate communication.
• Mentor and coach management on recruiting strategies and interview best practices.
• Creatively source, network and advertise for roles through multiple channels for active and passive hiring.
