Job summary

RGP is seeking a Senior Talent Director to develop and execute integrated talent strategies across markets, blending talent acquisition and management to support client demand and growth. You will oversee full lifecycle from identification to retention, partnering with Sales to ensure access to the right talent while delivering a strong experience for candidates, consultants, clients, and stakeholders.

Salary range is $138,000–$173,000 with incentive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition.
• Experience recruiting accounting, finance, or technology professionals.
• Experience developing talent strategies aligned with client demand and growth.
• Strong sourcing, assessment, deployment, and retention skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute talent strategies aligned with business priorities, client demand, workforce trends, and growth objectives.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting across Finance, Accounting, and Technology roles.
• Partner with Sales to anticipate talent demand and surface revenue opportunities.
• Build and maintain internal and external talent networks across priority industries and markets.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in the ATS.
