Job summary

THE RIGHT STAFF is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new business in the Twin Cities, onsite in St. Louis Park, MN with local travel.

You will engage HR leaders and executives, present workforce solutions, and secure partnerships while collaborating with recruiting teams to deliver staffing outcomes. You will manage a sales territory, build long-term client relationships, and leverage CRM tools such as Bullhorn/Apollo.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; business/marketing/communications or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of professional sales experience.
• Experience selling business services, staffing services, or consultative solutions.
• Proven success developing new business and managing a sales territory.
• Experience selling to HR leaders and C-suite decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business acquisition through prospecting, networking, referrals, cold outreach, and relationship development.
• Conduct discovery meetings and needs assessments with prospective clients.
• Present staffing, recruiting, and workforce solutions to business decision-makers.
• Negotiate service agreements and secure new client partnerships.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing client accounts.
• Partner with recruiting teams to deliver staffing outcomes.
• Utilize CRM/ATS platforms to manage pipelines and forecasts.
