Chick-fil-A Green Bay is seeking a Director of Talent to lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention for about 100 team members. You will partner with the Owner/Operator to align people strategies with restaurant operations and guest excellence.

You will design and drive talent development, performance management, and culture initiatives while maintaining hands-on coverage on the line during peak shifts when needed.

Qualifications

• B.A./B.S. in related field preferred.
• 2+ years experience managing teams.
• Understanding of Wisconsin employment and labor law.
• Resume is required and background check may be required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention of ~100 employees.
• Collaborate with Owner/Operator to implement talent programs.
• Develop training, succession planning, and talent operations.
