Chick-fil-A City Gate in Naples, FL is seeking a Talent & Training Director to lead talent management, onboarding, and staff development. This role partners with leadership to attract, equip, and retain outstanding teammates while upholding Chick-fil-A's Serve, Develop, Inspire values.

You will design and deliver training, oversee recruitment, and coach leaders to build a pipeline of high-performing talent, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and a thriving restaurant culture.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in talent management, training, or team development.
• Strong understanding of recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention best practices.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Culture & Team Engagement: lead initiatives to enhance team member experience and engagement.
• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: lead recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members.
• Training & Development: design, deliver, and monitor training programs; evaluate effectiveness.
• Operational Support: assist FOH/BOH leadership to maintain hospitality and workflow.
• Performance & Retention: track progress, improve team satisfaction, reduce turnover.
• Communication & Administration: support internal comms and maintain HR records.
